L’AUTRE
For this piece, I worked on the concept of the Labyrinth and added notions of duality, mirror and dream. Doubles meet in a common space, but in a differential timing.
“… If this morning and this meeting are dreams, then, each one of us must believe that the dreamer is the other. May be we shall stop dreaming, may be we shan’t.
-What if the dream would last? He asked anxiously.
Finally, when we remember, we have no choice but to find ourselves back.
That is what is happening to us, if it were not for the fact that we are two.
We were so different and so alike…
His inescapable fate was to become the one I am.”
